Handy and cute
This solves the problem of what to do with the other half of a grapefruit if you only eat half a day. A large 1/2 grapefruit will fit in it easily. The top is nicely sealed and also not hard to remove. Also makes a great gift for someone starting out in the kitchen, or fir someone who already has everything.

It is working!
I have an older Tupperware onion keeper that works great and was hoping to find another like it but haven't been able to. I ordered this one based on reviews. It's completely different than what I'm used to but it seems to be working great at storing & keeping in the onion odors. It cleans well in the dishwasher. My only concern is that the plastic it's made from is rather thin and brittle. I'm hoping it holds up. Fingers crossed!

This worked very well
This worked very well with one caveat. It needs to have holes drilled around the bottom. 1/4" holes drilled about 1 1/2 inches apart. It is great after that mod.

It's an onion holder
This is your standard onion holder. It keeps onions relatively fresh for a decent amount of time. The screw on top is kinda flimsy so you only really need to give it a half turn to mostly secure a grip on the bottom half. Cleans okay but you'll need to get soap into the grooves and let it rest in soapy water if you don't want it to smell like onions past. Clean it well and don't abuse it and you can store opened onions for quite some time in the fridge without any smells leaking out.

Love my onion container!
Bought this because I was sick of having my regular containers smell like onion (even after washing). My only complaint is it’s hard to open and close at times but I love it none the less!

Great little container. Keeps limes fresh for some time. I also have the lemon one and find them to be very effective.
