Could be stretchier

Maybe I'm picky, but I like my kids clothes to be very very comfy. These are a little stiff. Run true to size.

Fantastic soft set but shirt seems slightly missized

Great soft set of clothes! I got the 18-month set and the sweats and the Henley were a perfect fit for my 20 month old (he's a shrimp haha) but weirdly the black rainbow t-shirt felt oddly slim fitting. It just felt slightly missized almost as if the black shirt is part of a different set. Nevertheless, this was a perfect addition for his wardrobe. The clothes were soft and already survived a few washes with no wear and tear nor shrinkage. The Henley was ideal for SoCal weather as we are entering fall. Its slightly oversized making it a perfect shirt to throw on for chilly mornings and evenings. Soft and stretchy and the fact that everything is 100% organic cotton makes it that much better. Sweats are slightly long at the bottom as it bunched but not a major issue. While it is priced higher than other toddler clothes, the quality is unmistakable. Not to mention the awesome modern rainbow print. I wish they had an adult version of the shirt, I'd rock that.

Shirt is a bit slim

My daughter is pretty big for her age; she's 8m but she needs to wear 12m size clothing. Unfortunately, she hasn't reached the age where her limbs lengthen, so she still has baby proportions. I got this HonestBaby set in size 12m for her, because we were hoping that boy clothes in the 12m+ range would have a slightly looser fit. Usually, HonestBaby 12m clothes fit her perfectly, but the shirts in this set, while the perfect length, are a bit form fitting on her. They do stretch, so she'll probably be able to wear them for a little while. One other thing to note is that HonestBaby shirts have unfinished edges, so they tend to curl after a wash. It's seems to an intentional design decision for their brand, but I find it to look a little messy. It's really not a big deal though. Overall, we still really like this set. We like the claims of sustainable, 100% organic cotton, etc. The pants fit great, and even though these are "boy" clothes, they look really cute on my daughter.

Slightly off

My son is a little hefty for his age and fits perfectly into 6-9 months. However this outfit is slightly large for him, especially the pants. The material is extremely soft, The pants will last a while. No major issues with it.

It’s so important to have layers when dressing a baby to go out for the day, and I love that honest put together this adorable, matching set! Soft materials and beautiful colors, we always get compliments on these pieces!

I never miss a chance to get more HonestBaby gear!

HonestBaby has the best infant clothing basics. In my experience, the clothes are always well-made, sturdy, and soft as can be. The fabric is not too thick and will breathe well so my daughter will be comfortable whether playing indoors or outdoors. This gender-neutral set is very versatile. I love the dip-dyed t-shirt with navy blue and seafoam green; the color combination is very calming. The long-sleeve Henley will also be very popular with my child, who loves playing with buttons on her shirt. The sweatpants are comfortable and roomy; my daughter finds them very easy to move in as she climbs on every piece of furniture in our home. This natural color palette is a much better fit for her personality and our lifestyle and makes me think of relaxing by the beach or hiking in the woods. These clothes do run large, but when I washed them I noticed a slight shrinkage. Overall, they’re still a little bigger than 24-month clothes from other brands, but it’s not as dramatic as it initially appeared. As a California hippie-type, I appreciate the Honest Company’s climate pledge and organic cotton. But really, I just want clothes that are cute and comfortable for my child, and this outfit is just the thing. It has a fresh, clean aesthetic that is far more appealing to bright primary colors with cartoon characters covering every surface.
