This is an aggressive item
This item is NOT returnable, regardless of what appears in description. Return process dead-ends with troubleshooting. Item is work the price if it is what your need and can stand. Vibration just ok and in seat only. The "massage" of this item is deep and painful for one who has scoliosis, like I do. Heat and vibration is more what I had in mind. I purchased another item.

My husband uses this every day! Literally! He loves it. He can go thru a few demo settings in one sitting. I have given it a try a few times, I am more sensitive, therefore I can't take it for too long. I ended up buying one for my brother and mom and they love it. Buying one for my son this year.

I did find it a little harsh at first, so I put a thin blanket over it and now it is a perfect pressure! My only disappointment is it would be nice if it went further down my back to get my lower back. Other than that, it’s a great value for the money! Cheaper than other massage chair pads.

A little better than the others but same problems
Not as good as the old Homedics of the same kind. A little better than the snailax and comfier but costs more. One issue is you can't lay back without slowing it down a little. The old one could handle a regular person easily.Will it break? I don't know. The second is just annoying- it stops for a few seconds every time it changes direction. This is really annoying on spot as it moves a few inches, then stops for a few seconds, moves a few inches, stops, and so on. Every one of these things stops like that. The old HoMedics continuously moved. It was zing but alas, it wow out after almost 10 years. I don't expect this to last if I don't return it for the stop-start thing. If anyone knows of one that has continuous motion, please tell me.

No llega a la espalda lumbar
El peor problema que tiene es que no llega hasta abajo, se queda a tres cuartas partes de mi espalda, la parte de arriba no tengo problema si llega hasta la parte donde acaba la malla y me cubre muy bien a pesar de que soy alto 1.83 CM, pero la parte de abajo se queda a 10 CM de la parte donde acaba la malla y no me alcanza a masajear la parte que más me interesaba, la zona lumbar. Ya intenté haciéndolo manualmente con las flechas y con otros modos de masaje pero nada, por eso le bajó estrellas, seguiré probandolo y si no me convence lo devuelvo. Con respecto a las demás funciones no tengo problema, proporciona un masaje al centro de la espalda en la columna, no trae opción para mover las bolas horizontalmente como algunos modelos para dar masaje en la orilla de la espalda, con respecto al masaje es ligero no lastima porque tenía otro que era muy fuerte y este apenas se siente, el calor es bastante perceptible, dura 15 min el masaje y no debes usarlo por más tiempo, también el masaje del asiento es muy ligero y tiene 3 intensidades, en el asiento solo es vibración, en la espalda son unas bolas que dan vueltas pero no tienen vibración

Don't purchase this item!
This basically a piece of garbage. It makes incredibly loud noises, and it hurts to use it. But for some reason, even though it is not stated on the page, I can't return the item. I'm now out $200, and there is no reason why it cannot be returned. It's the fault of big operations like Amazon, that you can't speak with anyone about an issue. You just keep being re-directed to pages that are useless and unhelpful. Don't buy this

Pain relief
The first time I used it felt great. I tried to use it the next day and I was hurting too much from the day before that I couldn't use it! I will use something next time between the pad and my back. Also it would have been great if there had been an option to choose the intensity.

Unfortunately mine was delivered defective
I took the Cushion out of the box, took the screw in the back off and put it on the chair to use it. Turned it on and unfortunately the balls do not go up. I tried everything and it only stays at the bottom. Even the demo mode doesn't work. Very disappointment but from what did work, seems it would be a very good pain relief.
