Good hut not great.
This shirt is extremely lightweight and comfortable; breathability is outstanding, and no hotspots from seams (which lay flat and are sewn well). Sizing is slightly on the larger 'athletic fit' size (not necessarily form fitting, but not baggy either); I'm 5'08" 185lbs w/52" chest size, and wear a this shirt in a size Large comfortably (and not excessively long for its size). It has laundered well on a regular hot/cold cycles, and has not shrunk on perm. press drying. The sleeve pockets are well sewn, and the velcro is of the finer type (almost like microfiber) so there has been no knapping to it; it is also attached evenly and well. As for the cons (and the reason for the 4 star rating): 1). The "Black" color is not; it is a noticeable Charcoal Grey. 2). ITS NOT BLACK! I needed a black shirt, and therefore ordered this shirt in BLACK! 3). The material is delicate, and picks very easily (which is odd, because it does not pill during washing); one good/inadvertent adherence to hook side of velcro, and you'll need a fabric shaver to somewhat correct the damage. 4). Not necessarily a 'con', but it has a seen velcro tab on the back just below the folded collar's edge... why? It is practically iseless there, and the same length of velcro could've been evenly split, and served a better purpose on the collars (for velcro rank insignia for example). or on the chest area(s) for a nametape or patch badges, etc.

Not black
The "black" color isn't black, so if you're purchasing this to be a black uniform shirt, it's not gonna cut it. The shirt is a much lighter ash-grey color, and the fact that the velcro patches on the sleeves are actually black just makes it that much more obvious that the rest of the shirt is much, much lighter.

Black is gray
Shirt fits good and is comfortable however the black is really a gray color and shirt is not durable. Velcro easily rips off the sleeves..... wouldn't buy again

Planning on ordering a lot more clothing from this company after this shirt. It's survived about a month now and I'm not nice to my clothes.

I really like this shirt for the hand of the fabric, type of fabric, and breathability and thinness of the fabric. I like these over my 5.11 duty polos that are way too thick for warm-hot weather. I'm not much for the velcro patches and pockets on this polo. But then again, I'm not into the mic and sunglasses clips on the 5.11 polos either (of which I have owned about a dozen). However, what I do supremely appreciate is the fact that this is one of the few poly polos that have a ribbed arm cuff, and aren't ginormously and ridiculously long like the 5.11 polos. That being said, the pockets and velcro aren't that noticeable and don't detract from the function of the shirt (a standard pen will fit just fine in the left sleeve slots). The fabric felt a bit scratchy when it came out of the bag, but it feels perfectly fine now after its first wash. The only thing that I would ask for is that this shirt be produced in white - I would give it six stars then.

Great shirt....except for the cell phone pocket
Nice shirt but the cell phone pocket is worthless for a phone because they're too heavy. The sleeve pulls down way past my elbow which also offsets the collar and looks really bad. It is also very awkward to reach over and try to retrieve the phone out of the pocket. The cell pocket is more ideal for a 3x5 notepad or a small lightweight ipod/mp3. Great shirt though, I will be purchasing more. I don't think rating the fit is relevant because we are all shaped differently from each other. I can wear a S, M or L depending on the brand.

Do not put in dryer
So do not put this in a dryer and if you like drying it in a dryer then get 2 sizes larger because it will shrink!!! But otherwise it’s a good shirt

Great shirt!
I love this shirt! Flexible, breathable and the pen pockets are perfect. The Velcro is great for whatever patch you may need to throw on there. Fit is a bit snug but I find that much nicer than the billowy hugeness of some of these shirts (5.11 I’m looking at you!)

Good slim fit, nice frsbris
Good fit. Slim fit design. Ideal for general wear outdoor gear. Easily washable. With useful pockets on sleeves. Nice touch is invisible button on pocket. Fastens inside to close pocket or split into two. velco for moral badges/unit ID.
