Way too large in calf

I have been forever looking for a boot that would fit my narrow calf and after reading reviews of a lot of women complaining that these were not for wide calf ladies….took a chance. Nope. If you have smaller calves and legs this boot will swallow your leg. It causes that huge gaping between your leg and the boot and looks awful. Other than that these were absolutely perfect. Beautiful and stylish. So for all you smaller legged women… Forget it. My quest for a slim fitted boot will go on. These do not fit the bill.

Not a wide calf.

Shoe portion fit well. Calf not wide enough. Too bad, they are great looking! I couldn't tell from description whether the XX Wide is for shoe or calf. Once again, I'll be sending boots back.

Cute but disappointing

These boots were sold out at both Macy’s and Zappos but Amazon had them and I was excited! I typically wear an 8.5/9 and based on other reviews I went with a 9. These were too big, even with a thicker pear of socks they would have been too big. Unfortunately, the ankle slope area looks frumpy. It’s wide there and bunches, not the more sleek look of other similar boots. If you have wider feet and larger ankles, these would likely work well and look super cute! The calf area was stretchy and fit like a glove on my larger calves (in a good way!). I really wanted to love these boots, but I returned them. I did not order a smaller size because of the ankle area width/bunching.

Propet is one of the few brands that fit unusual foot sizes well.

Due to bone spurs on both of my feet, it is difficult to find shoes that fit my size 6 1/2 double wide feet. A few other brands accommodate my size with athletic footwear, but finding nice boots or pretty shoes…well, I gave the hope of ever having them. I’ve wanted boots like these for a couple of decades, but I could never find a pair that would fit or that I could afford. I saw these boots on special and even though they were still over $100, which is a lot for my budget, I decided to bite the bullet and get this pair. I’m really glad that I did! They fit well and I love my new boots.

Nice but not for wide calf

Great foot fit and comfort! But the calf does not stretch for us wide calf gals.
