Quality boots! Order UP a Size!~
I ordered on what the other review said "order on size up" I normally wear a 10.5, but ordered. a 11. Fits like a glove. Excellent made boots! And very comfortable for that style of boot. So just remember to size up.

Great Boots
What a nice pair of boots! I wear these for work boots as a Maintenance Engineer and love them so much that I even wear them around as every day shoes when I’m not at work. They make this style with and without the safety toe, this one is WITHOUT the safety toe. I spend a lot of time working on equipment kneeling with my toes bent so safety toes are not an option for me. If you want the safety toe version you can look up the model number on Irish Sitters own web site. When I first put them on my first impression was the insert had no cushion what so ever and would need some good gel inserts, my local store didn’t have my size insert so I wore these the first week just as they come out of the box. Now that I’m use to them I don’t feel any need for extra inserts. They’re very comfortable wearing all day at work, kneeling up and down, walking miles in them, so comfortable that I continue wearing them even after work. No need for any “break in” period, the leather is already soft enough that they feel already well broken in right out of the box. My only concern is how they glue the soles on at the toe. Past experience has shown me the glued on sole eventually pulls apart at the toe on this manufacturing technique. So I’ve been keeping an eye on the toe where its glued, so far so good, been about a month in them for a good 18 hours per day everyday, about 1,000 miles and not babied at all, holding up very well, still looking great, still very comfortable. At least with the Vibram soles I know I can get them repaired or the soles replaced if ever needed.

OMG, WHAT A FANTASTIC BOOT!!
Wow, wow, wow, these are a perfect fit for the size 12 that I wear and I ordered. You can wear these right out of the box, just as I did.These boots EXCEEDED MY HIGH EXPECTATIONS!! Wow what an amazing boot! I bought them because I wanted a slip on vs. laced boot. I have several laced boots I love the fit on and this is the third slip on boot I tried. The first two were loose and/or lousy fitting both to get my foot into and just to try to comfortably wear. Also, I have large calves and these fit great in that area. After trying them on and walking around the house and finding that I absolutely loved them, I put Red Wing Mink oil on them just to add a layer of protection. I then let the mink oil set overnight, put them on in the morning and took off on a weekend getaway and wore them all weekend...seriously, these boots do not need breaking in before wearing them. The mink oil I put on them was really just for added water protection, I didn't need it nor use to loosen up the leather at all...and it only slightly darkened them. I'm getting a knee replacement in 5 weeks so I deal with a lot of knee/leg pain and a great fit/comfortable boot is just an absolute must. I also wanted to get them now to get them broken in before my knee replacement...well check that one off the list cause they're already broken in! My searching and stressing over getting the right pair of boots is over. These are officially my new favorite boots! Thank you Irish Setter for a great fitting pair of slip on boots that also look great!

Great Worthington work boot. This is my 6th pair in nearly 17 years! I think it has been that long... losing track the older I become, but I stick with what has worked for me!!! These have definitely WORKED for me!

Second pair of these boots I've owned now . I am a farmer who works average 15 hours daily growing 26 acres of speciality vegetables for high end locally owned " farm - to - table " restaurant. The first pair gave up after two years of all weather conditions - mud - rain etc . This pair is breaking in well and seems to be well on its way to another dependable pair of " true " work boots . I was , before these boots a huge Danner Wellington 11 " slip on boot feller and after years of paying 225 a pair and them collapsing and falling apart after 3 - 4 months I chose too look elsewhere and thank the good Lord I did- best decision ever made on a pair of work boots that are wrapped around my feet 18 hours a day - 15 of which are spent in the field harvesting veggies. I am by the way 6' 1 " - 185 lbs - " country boy strong " not " city boy GOLDD GYM strong and believe me they get abused - no regrets here and I would pay for you're boots if you don't feel the same - That's how much faith I have in them . Just kidding about paying fore 'em , but rest assured the feet - back - and all else will be extremely happy when they arrive and you wear them daily . Good Day !

Great for 6 months-then...
To be fair, I have never found a boot that can survive my lifestyle for longer than 6 months. I am hard on my boots, but I paid a little more this time hoping for better quality and didn't get it. The positives: the leather is in great shape still and the sole seem is phenomenal. No leaks, rips, or tears; which most boots fail at the seem at this point in the lifecycle. The negatives: the Inside sock boot seems to have slipped from the boot at the heel making it impossible to get my boot off. It gives me a Charley horse and an anxiety attack every night trying to get these things off now. Update: I was two days past my 6 month warranty, and they still replaced my boots with a brand new pair. The customer service was phenomenal, and shipping was quick. And with a new pair of boots, I pretty much paid for a year's worth of boots...which is a great deal to me.

Wearing them about 4 months now and leather cracking badly even after polishing 3 times over duration owned worn daily for 12 hrs+ noticed they waterproofing not so water proof around toes maybe resistant
