Replacement but paired easily

Works well for my GSP, remembered to get the "skinny" lanyard this time to hang around my neck. Hopefully won't lose this one in the field.

I like to keep them safe while they have fun

Works with Pro 550 collars. I had a 2 dog pro 550 system that I accidentally left the handle on the trailer when on a road trip. The replacement 550 handle was more than I wanted to spend again but I wanted the security of having my dogs on their electronic leash. My dogs are family and I worry about them more than my kids. I like to keep them safe while they have fun. I use the tone as a warning and they usually head back closer to us when out in the sticks. This handle does not have as many intensities as the Pro 550 had, 10 vs the 21 but it is every bit as effective. The big advantage is that I can turn on the bark collar from the handle rather than having to physically hold the button on the dog collar. This makes it much easier than it was on the Pro 550.

Solid choice

Fairly simple to pair with a collar and easy to operate. I’ve only had it for a month for training and run 1 dog (no actual hunting yet) but I recommend this product. No issues thus far.

Can't live without.

I have had this collar and remote for my hound for the last 6 years. We couldn't live without it... its his brain. (That's why I had to buy a new remote... last one got lost) its easy to use. Easy to pair. And can work for 3 dogs.

Just right

Great for those training sessions when they want to take off and “hear” doesn’t seem to be their focus. Just enough to get their attention but never hard enough to hurt. Just right for reminding manners.

Just as it is described

We had purchased this at REI a year ago... but then lost it at a trail head. We only needed to replace the remote. It came with another charge cable and instruction on how to sync it with the collar we already have. I love this remote and collar combo-- lasts forever (battery) and is indestructible.

Works well, but...

Works well, but the electrical stimulation increases too much with each turn of the dial. I have a Cane Corso, 150lbs and 15months. She feels setting 3 and then 4 is too strong. I can't imagine ever using it higher and it goes to 10. The light is very nice at night. I mostly use the vibe function to communicate with coco. It gets her attention and no need for the stimulation / shock. Paired with the Garmin PT10 collar
