Inflates like a balloon
I ordered 3 250’ spools of 3/8” air hose to put on my electric Cox reels. The Flexzilla hose is light and flexible as expected. I loaded it on my 3 hose reels and opened up the valve with pressure set at 250 psi. The hose rating is 300 psi so 250 shouldn’t be a problem. I went to pull the hose off the reel but it wouldn’t move due to the mass expansion of the hose. It expanded so much it pushed the sides of the reel into the drive gear. I unwound all 250’ of hose and then turned on the pressure and then rewound it and this worked fine until I released the pressure when I was done. The hose shrank so much it created a bird nest effect and got all tangled up. To make it work I would have to pull out the entire 250’ before turning on the pressure and doing the same in reverse when finished! PITA. I’m sure the hose is fine for light duty using short sections and hand coiling.

Great hose for spraying liquid
I use it to spray liquid and it works really well. I have a 60 psi pump. Easy to move and doesn’t link really easy.

Nice soft and flexible hose ! ! ! Great price for bulk hose. Easy to make up smaller hoses if you wish or an awesome long hose on jobs that need the extra hose reach. Good stuff ! ! ! !

Light weight, no hose memory
I like it. Light weight, no hose memory. Successfully crimped my own fittings on it an use it on a retractable reel. I was able to get several more feet on the reeel as the OD is smaller than rubber hose.
