Very attractive and well made.

Florsheim's Cap Toe Oxfords came very nicely boxed and individually wrapped in fabric sleeves inside the rigid shoebox. The shoes are very nicely made. The uppers have a dense and fragrant leather with a suede-like interior lining. The outer soles are finished in a grippy rubber. I love the color of this brown leather. It is rich, deep, and warm with a little bit of an aged look. Overall, these shoes look and feel high quality. They run true to size. They have a nicely cushioned interior, and the leather uppers loosen up well after wearing them for a little bit. They are comfortable for a dress shoe, but not sneaker-like comfortable. I wouldn't reach for these first if I was going to a trade show where I would be on my feet and walking all day, but I would wear them to the office or a dinner party, where I would be spending a lot of time sitting. All in all... great shoes.

Looks good, but big for me

I usually wear size 9, but this 9 is too big, I may try 8.5 but it could be even 8. Also threads ends are burned off at the foot opening and they are pointy and can be felt pocking my ankle.

semi-casual shoes, fit is a little loose

These are well made shoes, as I expect from Florsheim. Styling is semi-casual with contrasting color stitching and synthetic sole. The shoes have a decent amount of cushioning in both the insole and around the sides. Sizing is a little loose (high volume), but I was able to work around that by switching to a thicker insole.

Love it

I have used Florsheim shoes in the past and enjoyed them very much so. This is no exception. I love the color and distressed look. Goes great with a pair of jeans. Great for a casual day out. Provides good support. I love it.
