bad product

product did not work right out of box. Vendor not responsive to returns. Amazon will not post review if i include review of vendor. So just beware no support. product not good

The cap on the product is a minor irritation. It needs to be tightened almost to the point of breaking before product will turn on. Also, the only way to turn it off is to unscrew the cap. Otherwise it's a great product

Only two uses...

I thought this was fantastic the first two uses...then when we took it out of the drawer the next time, it wouldn't work at all. We changed batteries, nothing. If I can get it to work again or get a replacement and this just happened to be defective or a fluke, then I'll be more satisfied with this product...otherwise its not worth only two uses.

Item does not match product description.

The product description says "3 speeds" but the item received has "10 functions". Additionally, the box does not match that shown in the pictures on Amazon. I bought this to replace an older one I had, which simply had 3 speeds, but this isn't the same.
