Easy in and out

The Elite bottle cage just works. It is lightweight, holds your bottle firmly due to a rubber insert, and is easy to get in and out of the cage. Also, easy access if you have a frame bag as you can remove the bottle to the side.

Space saving bottle cage - and looks great!

My small size GT MTB frame has two sets of bottle cage bosses but I've only ever been able to fit a single standard bottle there. I did some research and this seemed to be the most optimised cage for space saving for two reasons: 1) the bolt holes are as low down the cage as possible 2) the cage allows side entry. The bottles do not collide and I can have 600ml in one and 750ml in the other. Great for hot 2021 July rides. Perfect use of space.

GIANTのTCR、サイズXSに装着!!

同じ、ELITEのカスタムレースプラスか、このカンニバルXCか迷い、バイクのサイズが、TCRのサイズXSの為、フレームは小さく、フレームに抵触しない為にも、斜め横から取り出せるカンニバルXCに決めました。結果、大正解です。保持力も高く、なにより、斜めからの出し入れにより、ストレスなく、フレームに抵触することもありません。因みに、フレームが白の為、同じ色の白に合わせましたが、見栄えもGood!です。スローピングフレーム等の小さなフレームにはピッタリだと思います。

保持力もしっかりしている?

カンニバルは発売当初より使っていたが、XCタイプは初めて買いました。こちらの方がよりしっかり保持してくれますね。狭いフレームの中でもボトルを横にひねって取り出せるので、長く販売していて欲しい商品です。追記：先日、とあるロングライドイベントでエリート･Flyのボトルが走行中に落ちてしまいました。下りの九十九折れの途中で、ボトルが柔らかいせいか横から落ちてしまいました。このケージはシートチューブに使うには良いのですが、MTBのような水平に近いダウンチューブに使った場合に横Gが掛かるとボトルを保持できなくなります｡

まあまあかな？

バイクの色に合わせたく、白色を購入。評価は、同時購入したゼファールとの比較になります。ホールド感は良いのですが、取り出しやすくは無いかな？ホルード力とのトレードオフになるので、しかたないですが、好みではないです。作りも、プラスチック製品らしく、値段相応です。ゼファールを二つ買った方が自分的には良かったです。

スタンダードなフォルム

使いやすいスタンダードなフォルムで扱いやすいです。艶があるけど、いつまで保たれるのかな。カーボン製ほどではないけど思ってたより軽いのが良かった。
