Looks good and works well

Looks great, seems to be well built. However, the directions give both centimeters and inches for the installing the bar. Unfortunately, the the "on-center points for drilling the holes for the wall anchors is off by about 3/8", which really ticked me off. If you buy this, get a tape that reads in centimeters.

Good product, but not so great because...

Shower head drips when it's "pause". The "pause" function is realized by black sliding switch at the head. Since it slides, you can adjust the flow rate anywhere between 100%-5%... not all the way down to 0% because it drips. All I needed was ON or OFF. This is a good shower overall, but I would look for the one which has just ON/OFF switch, not a sliding switch which doesn't completely stop the flow.

Just what we were looking for

We wanted a versatile handheld shower that had a pause/off feature, didn't cost too much, also conserved water, and this filled the bill perfectly. It's not the lowest flow rate you can get in showers, but it is still lower than the usual 2.5 gpm, so we feel we're doing SOMETHING to conserve water usage. This model has a flow rate of 2.0 gpm, and the water pressure is just fine (unless you enjoy showers that feel like needles coming down). There is only 1 spray setting besides the Pause setting, but really, that's all we need. You just have to press a button to switch between the spray settings, and that is wonderfully convenient! Instead of having to use two hands to rotate a ring around the spray head, you just have to push a button on the shower neck. Couldn't really comment on the ease of installation for the average homeowner - we had a contractor do it as part of this bathroom remodel, and he seemed to have no problem.

Very pleased!!

Excellent quality, metal parts. Provides a great spray that can be easily directed, raised or lowered for various family members. Looks great and should last a long time.
