Wrong parts, terribly bad customer service

Appearance is good and after putting together (about an hour), seemed sturdy and reasonably well-made. During the last step of assembly, I noticed that the panels (doors) were duplicates- 2 left doors (meaning if one left door was installed on the right side upside down, the door knobs would be at different heights). I purchased the item and then had some unexpected delays in my bathroom remodel, so it was about 6 weeks after purchase when built. Right around 3 weeks in, fearing that I wouldn't i.d. any issues while it was still eligible for return/refund, I counted everything to verify nothing was broken or missing, not noticing the incorrect door since it was exactly like the other one. When I called Modway (manufacturer) to inform them, they told me that they would not send me a replacement part because they "don't just have them laying around". Page 1 of the instructions says that if you have missing parts or hardware, instead of returning the item, call them. Their suggestion on the phone was to return the item to where I bought it, which would clearly involve disassembly and getting the cabinet back into the original packaging- not an easy task (if even possible). I do not recommend buying anything from Modway based solely on the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Modway bad.
