be very careful buying online

This turned out to be a narrow wheel chair compared to most I've seen. I guess "wide" means normal sized. Also the legs were "cheapo specials" and the foot rests wouldn't stay in position which was annoying. At 180.00 including shipping and tax the price was well above other non-Amazon offerings. Buyers need to remember that the cost of return shipping would make a return cost ineffective. I ended up donating it to the care facility where my mom lives because she didn't like too many things about it. Instead I fixed up her old chair which was much better made, but surprisingly from the same mfr. I bought it for 50.00 on Craigs list. All it needed was tires, and that was after 5 years of continuous use.

Easy to Maneuver

The beauty of this chair is its size and light weight. Not much heavier than my Rollator, it lives up to its name "Silver Sport", as it can turn on a dime just about, and has made getting though tight spaces much easier. I live in an apartment with many tight places to squeeze through. I tried renting a wheelchair from our Community Services, at $50Cdn/mo. After 1 mo. I found it large and cumbersome and many pieces of our furniture and walls bear the scars of my efforts to squeeze past them. My hip surgery had been delayed due to Covid-19, with no foreseeable re-booking. So the price of this wheelchair made a lot of sense. It has paid for itself over & over! Not just monetarily, but effort-wise as well. I love my wheelchair! it has become indispensable to me. If you have to use one, I highly recommend this one.
