Super sturdy safe bed!

Bed came in took me about an hour to put together. Heavy box (quality wood) Very easy to do. I used lock tight on all the hardware as for it will never be taken apart. The wood slats were of great quality. My daughter loved it and sleeps safely in it. She likes to jump on it and I feel she's safe in doing so really sturdy bed. I like the peace of mind that she can't roll out of it while she sleeps cause she likes to move all night long. Highly recommend it great bed. Happy with my purchase.

Cure, solid bed. I just wish the hardware was comparable with other products so you don’t need the exact Allen wrench not found in my net of 30 I use for all my other projects.

Nice Toddler Bed, with some drawbacks

This bed is beautiful, and my 3 year old loves it. It’s quite sturdy and seems like it will last. BUT Assembly was tricky, not impossible, certainly not the easiest piece of furniture I’ve ever assembled. You need to take care when installing the slats because they are not labeled and there are varying sizes. Also The opening on the sides is fairly small, it does what it is meant to do, but it also presents a bit of a hazard for very energetic toddlers. My little has caught herself on the corners several times while playfully climbing in and out. We paired this bed with the Delta Children’s toddler bed canopy and it is (nearly) perfect for our little princess.

Great crib to toddler bed, but Allen wrenches suck

We purchased this bed for our 2 year old who started attempting to climb out of her crib. It arrived promptly. Opened the box and made sure all the parts were there. The instructions, like IKEA instructions, aren’t particularly helpful. It says you need a flat head screwdriver, Philips head screwdriver, and hammer along with the Allen wrench that is provided. However, it never instructs you to use anything other than the Allen wrench. I wish I could go back in time and have a serious conversation with the person who decided that an Allen wrench should be a popular tool for fastening furniture. Importantly, I read many of these reviews before assembling the bed which was helpful. It took me around two hours to put it together but I was slightly distracted throughout. Here are a couple of things that were helpful to know that are not in the instructions: the M cross bar is the one that is painted on one side; installing the middle bars seems difficult until you realize that the provided Allen wrench allows you to screw the bolt in with the wrench at an angle; you don’t need other tools—they don’t instruct you to use any at any other point than the beginning of the manual. Our Sealy Baby Soybean Foam-Core mattress fits like a glove. It looks great. It is lighter weight so I’m assuming it isn’t the BEST quality but I feel like I got my money’s worth. I didn’t have any issue with misshaped or missing pieces. The only thing that would have made it better is if I could have just screwed it together instead of using that stupid Allen wrench. Also, my kid LOVES it. I would recommend it to anyone looking to transition from a crib to a toddler bed for sure.

Cute but a pain to put together

Good luck putting this together. You'll need small fingers to get these bolts into the slots. You'll need to do this with plenty of patience on your side and hours to dive into this. The pieces are not labeled. Only 1 piece was labeled. Same goes for the bolts and screws. The bags they came in were not labeled. Quite honestly, I had to wing it and pull up the picture from Amazon for reference to how it's supposed to look. FYI the pieces needed for the table ARE NOT INCLUDED! The bed is extremely low to the floor which I guess is fine for being a toddler bed easier for them to get into and out of, but it just looks extremely small. If used as chairs and a table, that's where I'd leave a 3-4 star raiding being so low to the floor. Even for a kid it's pretty low. Overall, it does look nice but man was it a pain to put together. Even if it was a terrible quality, you have my money because I am not about to spend hours taking this thing apart ???? Step 1 process for putting the first chair together you also use for step 2, but in reverse. The directions do not tell you this; you just have to figure it out on your own. It's a cute bed. The price for the quality is reasonable. PUT THIS THING TOGETHER WHEN NO ONE IS HOME because your patience will be ran dry.

Bargain price, bargain goods - not impressed

Bought this bed (and a mattress from the same company) for my grandkids to nap at my house. I would NOT buy it for daily use. First, the instructions are very poorly done - few words and incorrect part names (which I'm okay with) but very tiny illustrations on how the bolts and nuts go in. Second, the final attachment between the two bed halves has to be done using an allen wrench in a space less than 2" long and about 3/8" wide - it takes 45 minutes to do those four bolts because there's no room to twist the wrench and you can't really get the bolt tight. But the really bad part is that the bed frame is both too narrow and too short for a standard crib/toddler mattress - even the one from the same manufacturer! Fully fluffed out, four days after unpacking, it's still a good 3" too short. I put a piece of upholstery foam between the footboard and the end of the mattress to keep little people from getting stuck, but that's just poor design from the get-go. Save yourself the frustration and worry about your kids - buy something else.

loved it !!

OKAY SO the reviews almost discouraged me from buying this but I am so glad I did ! I’m not handy at all and as long as your good with following instructions the bed is easy to put together. It’s sturdy and my 20 month old loves it!

Bonita y facil de armar, excelente para mi hijo de año y medio

ya tengo varios meses desde que la compré y hasta el momento estoy muy contento con la camita, desde un inicio mi bebe se emocionó al poderse subir y bajar el solo a diferencia de una cuna, el tamaño es el mismo por lo que use el mismo colchón de la cuna con esta camita e incluso le puse el protector que va al rededor sin problemas, el único pero que le veo es que si la van a tener que estar moviendo para barrer o limpiar la cama es un poco frágil por su forma de armado, ya que idealmente se podrá convertir en 2 banquitas la union central queda muy endeble y con poco soporte, afortunadamente no se ha roto, ni presenta signos de, pero hay que apretarle los tornillos de vez en cuando si eso pasa. la calidad de la madera pues no es premium, pero si de buena calidad y su armado fue sencillo entre 2 personas, sin duda lo genial es que los bebes se puedan subir y bajar por sí solos y sentirse más independientes.
