This is fine. A little longer than I anticipated just because I think I measured incorrectly. This is accurate to the listing. It's shinier than I imagined as well. But it's a sturdy product and has held up thus far. I am not using it in my bathroom, once again due to it being a little too long. But we're using it in the guest bathroom and if it's too towels on it side by side so that's great. For some reason this is a pain to install however like I said it holds up and there's no defects or anything. I would recommend this product and just be sure you measure properly!

Item is sturdy and shiny! Seems pretty solid so far! I had a hard time with installing, only because i wasn't sure which pieces faced which ways. But nothing youtube cant solve!

It is delta and as expected great quality.

I have the matching robe hook hand towel hook and this is just as good as those, so essentially the same review applies to this. The instructions are very thorough and it should last longer than the sheetrock it attaches to. But, I highly recommend using metal expanding cavity anchors or a 1/8" by at least 2" long toggle bolt in the top hole of the mounting plates. And only use the provided plastic insert in the other hole to keep the plates from spinning. (Unless you are installing directly In a stud or directly to wood) over time these plastic inserts will eventually wallow out the hole in the sheetrock and loosen enough they can simply fall off the plate. It's not a design problem with the attachment system, but the durability of what it's attached to and the plate slowly pulling away from the wall. A toggle bolt or specialty tool setting drywall anchor will transfer most of the weight of whatever is hung on it to a wider area at the back side of the sheetrock. and if it does becomes a little loose years later you can simply remove it from the mounting plates and tighten the toggle bolts without worrying about replacing wall inserts or having to move the whole thing if the holes are now too big.

Good Product

This towel holder matches the other accessories in the bathroom. It was easy to install with some basic tools. It looks really nice and feel sturdy. It's a nice addition to the bathroom. Adding elegance and getting the job done. Love it.
