Typical Delta quality, I've had no trouble with this over the past couple of years or any other Delta fixtures.

It's a great shower head, once you defeat the flow limiters. Kinda pricy, but you get what you pay for.

Stronger water flow option? Not so much. Otherwise, a great shower head

We have had one of these for years and years, but the plastic nubs that held the shower head in eventually wore down, so we bought a replacement. There were two options for water flow, so we bought the stronger water flow option. But the water flow is weaker in the new unit than in the unit that we had before. Not very happy with that. But otherwise, the unit is very reliable. It says lifetime guarantee on the box, so hoping that we never need it, considering how long my previous one lasted, and it looked identical to the new one.

I love it!

First thing: Folks, You DO NOT need a plumber just to install a shower head. I am mind blown that people on here are hiring plumbers and spending all that money unnecessarily. If you have a set of steady hands, u can install this yourself very easily with no tools. I realized very fast this was literally a two minute job and I sure as hell wasn’t paying a plumber to do it. With that being said, I got it installed just using my hands. However, I used a pair of channel locks to takeoff my old showerhead. The water flow was absolutely perfect. I’m a little confused at all the complaints about the low water flow. Mine was absolutely perfect.Possibly because I actually read the description and bought the higher capacity shower head. ???????????? I love it and am very pleased with my purchase. Best shower I have ever had!

There is no magnetic docking system

The product feature description said that the handheld portion of the showerhead was held in place by a "Magnatite Docking system". It didn't feel like that was true while I was assembling it, so I got a piece of steel, and checked for any sign of magnetism anywhere on the showerhead. I didn't find a magnet. That was a feature that I considered to be important and influenced my decision to buy a rather expensive showerhead. It actually has a hooking mechanism on the top of the handheld, and the handle is pressfit into the main showerhead. I'm keeping this because my existing showerhead developed a crack and was spraying water everywhere, but the error in the description was somewhat disappointing. The feature description should be accurate, but it's not.

Not worth $150

I’ve always bought Delta products. All 3 bathrooms in our house are all Delta fixtures. Super easy to install. Constantly leaks, with or without plumbing tape. The other 2 shower heads were installed without plumbing tape and tighten by hand. Definitely not worth $150. This should be a $50 shower head.

Easy Install and So Far So Good

First time changing a shower head and it was easier than I expected. No tools needed. I used some force to twist off the old shower head, cleaned off the old plumbers white tape, and then twisted on the new shower head on. I didn’t even need any new white tape. Turned on the shower and it worked without leaks! I used it once to shower and the flow is good as is. Im not sure why so many reviews say to remove the flow restrictor first. Who knows I may be used to the lower flow bc of my old shower head. I have a suspicion other reviewers are using showerheads that are older and don’t follow the water conservation standard or they’re showers are larger than mine. If your shower head is further away when you shower, low flow may seem inadequate. I would say don’t adjust anything and try using it as is for a few weeks.
