Works as advertised.

I've had this for 2-3 months and been to the lake 3-4 times. It's been totally submerged once because I forgot to rotate it up before launch. It was unplugged from the boat so there was no current to short out the electronics. I let it dry for a week, plugged it up and it has been running fine since. It has a short cord, but my other two jacks did too so I don't see this as a negative. The reason for 4 stars is because the rotating mount is a bit wobbly. I tried tightening it, but it's still a bit wobbly. Maybe this winter I'll take it apart and see why it won't tighten down. I have two other high dollar electric jacks, and this one works as good as they do.

Could use better quality control

Had to extend the power cable One of the spade connections was not tight and came off Once I got the power issue corrected the Jack works fine

Had to make fit on opposite side and wheel made it to tall to fit on truck

Brackett is weak and bends easily.

Bracket that locks it in place is out of alignment after barelybusing it.

Poor return policy

The trailer Jack would not operate or fit correctly. When I went to returns site, it indicated that it had not been delivered yet. And after much screwing around, the web site finally indicated that it had been delivered but was now 2 days past the return date. So much for integrity and honesty i

Trash.....do not buy!

DO NOT BUY! Used 1 time, got wet and now have a $175 paper weight. Its a MARINE jack, should not stop working if it gets wet! DO NOT BUY!

Not good quality

Worked 2 times then failed while hooked to truck. Had to drag boat to work 40mi 1 way. Amazon hasn't helped a bit due to 3rd party seller. Bad business!!!!
