Diabetic approved!
I am diabetic and have extremely dry hands to where they crack on my pads of my finders and corners by my finger nails. Sadly I also have an issue with washing my hands a lot so that does not help the problem. And to top that off I'm super sensitive to the smell of lotions and perfumes. So I looked up lotions for extreme dry hands and found this product. I'm not lying when I say it worked within 1 use. I bought the regular and night treatment set and use this daily. It works so well and I have not had an issue since. The scent is super light and do follow the instructions where it says use a small amount at a time, a little goes a long ways. I highly recommend this if you have severely dry hands.

Great HandCream
I am a vegetable and flower gardener. I also need to keep my property clear of weeds in the Spring/Summer season due to living in a high fire area. We get very cold temperatures and snow in the Winter months. Over the years I have had trouble with drying and cracking skin on my hands and I do wear protective gloves when working I have tried many different products. Working Hands is the only product that has worked to keep my hands from drying and cracking. I very rarely have a cracking skin problem since I began using the Night cream each night and the Working Hands Cream during the day. Excellent Products!!

It works
I had horrible hands due to blowing out holes in concrete with an air compressor, absolutely wrecked my hands, left them dry and cracked but a few nights of this and cotton gloves brought my hands back to near full health. This isn’t a miracle cure and I did still have my largest cracks, but it worked great in a short amount of time

This is the real deal
This product has really delivered and I haven't even been using it super regularly. I use the night time almost every night before bed but I don't need to use the regular any time version all that much and my hands have been 90% better over three weeks of usage. I suffer from dried, cracked and red skin along the sides and in between my fingers, pretty much all year round but obviously it's the worst in the winter and esp I forget to wear gloves washing dishes and cleaning which I tend to do. Also I have another kid now so I was changing a million diapers for the last month and washing my hands a million times a day! So needless to say: It's made a huge difference and I tried SO many products: Clinique, Eucerin, Vitamin E oil, Aquaphor. None of them were long lasting relief and found myself reapplying every few hours. Not with this product. One time at night and then every now and then if absolutely dire but otherwise I'm all set!

Forget everything else!
Listen I don’t really write reviews and being in cosmetics for over 30years theres not much that impresses me. I’ve tried fancy Shmancy $200 hand creams, balms, lotions, fancy concoctions from France and I’ve always thought more expensive had to be better. I never in a million years would have ever thought I’d be head over heels with O’Keefes hand cream! I’ll gladly be the poster girl for them…do Not waste your time no matter how bad your hands are I promise you try three days straight you will never touch another hand cream again! I never thought anything would help my hands and since I work with my hands, I am constantly washing 20+ times a day in addition to having the pandemic just passed or even more cautious about our hands so honestly, I probably washed more than 30+ times a day with hot water & soap, in addition to all the hand sanitizers now & when I’m home I’m constantly doing dishes at home, cooking with a hot oven or stove & the skin on my poor hands are getting dryer and dryer and red and chapped and more and more cracked and even bleeding!…literally nothing seems to relieve them nothing…. until I found this Hand cream! Hallelujah!!!! Thank god you wonderful people DIDN'T add fragrance!!!

Wasn't what I needed
I purchased this because I had been struggling with eczema and dry skin on my hands from frequent handwashing, and all the glowing reviews made this seem perfect. Unfortunately it has not been as great for me as it was for others, and I continued to struggle with eczema for months of using this. It is a nice hand lotion and I do still use it, but it was not what I needed in my case, as it took topical medication from the dermatologist to help my hands.

A must have!
This is a must have! I wash dishes and clean the house most of the time and it makes my hand really dry and it tends to bleed. I tried different kinds of lotions and nothing worked till I found this! It's a combo pack so you have 1 bottle for nightly use and daytime. It's worth every penny! This is a stay-at-home mom approved!
