Love the clear blades! Modern and chic! I had to have it professionally installed due to the weight but it was well worth it!

Limited Review

Other than testing the functionality of lighting and fan operation, we've not yet utilized the fan. This review will pertain mostly to the installation process. Overall, installation was simplistic. Mounting and wiring of the main unit and wall remote was simplistic. On the other hand, installation of the fan blades was problematic. Instructions detail assembling the blades loosely until all blades are installed (to enable blade adjustment of the tight fitting blades). The problem is: the blade bolts are unnecessarily short (when using supplied lock/standard washer) and tighten the connection when the first thread is engaged. We had to exclude the flat washers on some connections just to get the first thread to engage. Recommend adding 3 or 4 threads to the bolt. Because of this; I would consider adding the blades prior to mounting the unit if I were to install again. Other minor details were excluded from the instruction thereby preventing a seamless installation. Upon initial testing of the unit, the light adjusted to varying levels of intensity and is adequate for out needs and the fan cycled through the varied speed settings and was extremely quiet. Unit was installed on a 10ft flat ceiling.

Remote control hands free missing !!!

This fan is beautiful, I bought the first one from Neiman Marcus and returned it because after installing it and paying for installation it was defective, so I got it from Amazon more expensive but I live the fan , unfortunately there is one piece missing … the remote control hands free , I hope to get it from the manufacture don’t know how to get hold of them

Worth it.

We like the look and the speed options. It isn't as quiet as described but the seller was very pleasant and quickly agreed to replace it. Crossing our fingers the new one meets expectations. Even with the problem it is still better than any one we have had before.

If you hate fans, get this!

We just built a new home and I wanted something different for our master bedroom. I don’t like the look of fans but I have to have one in Texas. This is absolutely perfect! I was concerned having less blades would mean less air. Wrong! I love the way the acrylic blades disappear. Fun fact. The electricians, movers, plumbers all stood there admiring the fan. Lol!

Light does work.

Loved the look of the fan. Had our contractor put it up and the light is not able to be programmed. Reached out to craftmade and they said we had to deal with Amazon. Amazon said it was past the date to return. Almost $700 on a fan that the light doesn’t and can’t be programmed and the manufacturer isn’t honoring their warranty either. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Quiet, Beautiful, Classic

This is the third Craftmade fan we have purchased over the years and while a bit more expensive, it is worth every cent! It runs quietly, moves the air perfectly at all speeds, and it is stylish.
