The mat is pretty thick and feels durable. It lost a star because it seems smaller than most fitness mats.

Not Long Enough
I do like this May because it’s very thick and comfortable on my hardwood floor. I actually just ordered a 2nd one because it’s not long enough. For reference I’m only 5’4. So even as short as I am my head will be on my floor rather than the mat when doing crunches. Also it’s very awkward to do plank exercises because either my feet or elbows will be off the mat. If I knew this I likely would have just looked for something longer. However, I’ve had this a while and it’s definitely very comfortable and at it’s price point, low enough to just buy a 2nd one to put together to make longer or wider.

Soft and comfortable
This mat makes yoga and stretching much more comfortable. It doesn’t roll up like a yoga mat, so not quite as easy to store, but it’s worth it to have the extra cushion padding.

Quality purchase.
Holding up great since day of purchase. I primarily use for floor exercise & stretching. Very comfortable on back or any body is well supported & no discomfort. Easy to roll up & store. Would recommend this product to friends, family & anyone reading my review.

exceeded expectations
I bought this pad to do some Moderate intensity interval training. I say moderate because i have to modify some moves. I've had 3 knee surgeries and needed some extra padding for pseudo jump rope and moves that put pressure on knees. I use this pad 5x a week from jump rope to crunches and squats. After 6 months its held up nicely, no tears or divots. Will definitely buy a second mat! ( it will slip a little on bare floor, i pair it with a traditional yoga mat)

Comfy but too small
I like how soft the mat is but it was too small for me. It’s slippery and i sweat a lot when doing exercise. I’ll need a bigger one.

Soft, thick, sturdy
Super soft, thick. I have concrete floors at home and this works perfect. Doesn't sink in. However, after rolling it it appears there are creases - not a huge deal for me.

El mejor Mat para ejercicios funciones!
Un mat que es lo suficientemente grueso para evitar te lastimes la espalda, rodillas o codos. Lo compré porque hago ejercicios funcionales y como son movimientos rápidos y veces te golpeas rodillas y los codos; pero con este mat se solucionó Es importante mencionar que es un poco resbaloso quizá por lo grueso; pero definitivamente es de excelente calidad y cumple la expectativa por la que lo compré

Suave y manejable
Me preocupa que fuera delgado o de mala calidad pero es todo lo contrario mide 1 centímetro y medio de ancho, es un material muy suave y ligero. Muy buen producto
