Batman costume is both soft and very comfortable
This is a GREAT Batman costume - my 6 yr old son picked out this costume specifically to earn as a reward, even though he's had several of the newer or more modern looking costumes. He calls this "the original" Batman suit, and loves to wear this just about everywhere we go. This product arrived on time, and fit mostly true to size - maybe slightly larger than expected but hey - gives him room to grow into... The back is closed by only one piece of Velcro at the neck, so I put a few more pieces on myself to secure it in place. The mask and cowl are connected to the cape, and close at the neck, also with a piece of Velcro. I would have liked to see the cape and mask not come as one piece, but it doesn't seem to bother my son at all and that's what's really important! This product seems to be durable and washes and wears well. The material used to make this Batman costume is both soft and very comfortable my son say's - in comparison to other the costumes I've ordered from this site, it ranks comparable, as I have always been really pleased with the overall quality, detailing and durability that is consistent with the sellers on this site - Batman Costume: Boy's Size 8-10

Son loves it but neck area is somewhat concerning
My 2 year old (he has an older brother) is into Batman, actually obsessed. We got him this outfit for Christmas as he was borrowing the cape from his cousin's Halloween costume. We decided to go with this outfit instead of the toddler choice as he is on the cusp of sizes and this way we knew it would last longer. The costume is big, but the arms and legs roll up and stay nicely. The body part fits pretty well even though he is slim. He loves the hood/mask as the ears stand up perfectly and it comes over his eyes but he can also push it up to his forhead and it stays in place. My only complaint is that when I read the description before purchase, it said the hood and cape were one piece, which they aren't. The hood ties under his chin, the cape goes over his neck and ties in the back and the costume ties in the back. He has three bows around his neck region. The tie from the hood does seem to tickle his chin a bit, but overall I don't think he cares. However, this freaks me out as if someone steps on the cape (which does reach the floor) it will pull him back by the neck. The cape he was borrowing was one piece and velcroed by his chin which broke away when the cape was stepped on. Other than that I am happy to have it and he loves it.

My grandson really loved it!!
I did not see the suit. My grandson lives in another state so I just has it directly mailed to him. So I really don’t known anything about it other than he loved it!

Well work the price.
I bought this costume for my grandson for his birthday. He loved it! I was pleased with the quality. My only advice would be, buy a size up. He wears a 5-6, I bought a 7/8. It fit perfectly with his clothes on under it.

AMAZING QUALITY!
We had a smaller size that has been through 3 boys Halloween's. Plus the additional wearing. Well, being the thrifty shopper I am, we typically buy the next year or two on clearance. Our 5 year old has fallen in love with re-wearing a costume that is too small for him. The costume has become so thin and thread bear that it actually stretched to meet his size (3yo and is now a small 5). Keep in mind he wears this DAILY when he gets home from school. Sometimes nearly the entire weekend. With all the washings, boy-activities in the house (we Live in North Pole AK, so we spend a LOT of time in doors). Sometimes we have super hero day and the boys all dress up and play in our indoor bouncy house and run around like mad-men. Highly recommend the Rubies costumes. We have purchased a few to replace and anticipate new needs for the future. Amazing! Thanks Rubies!!! Corey
