Strange material

Not only was the material rough and matte, the top smashes down the chest in a very unflattering, unsupportive way.

Good for long torso, mom suit without looking it

Fair disclosure -- I am a swim coach and mother to 5 competitive swimmers on a team sponsored by speedo. I am 5' 11" and 220 lbs. I have a long torso and find most speedo suits are too short for me. I normally wear a 16 and order up to an 18 to have a little more fabric to stretch lengthwise in Speedo suits. Someone at speedo is listening . . . which is good for sizing! This suit fit my length perfectly, to my surprise. Unfortunately, because I had ordered up, it was wider than normal and left wrinkles in the suit which sagged when wet. So I would say that the suit is sized as a true 18 and made for people of average to tall height. The suit is typical high quality speedo, completely lined, nice material, no manufacturing flaws. The design is one that is flattering for women with my shape -- the sideways material is slimming and shaping. I would have liked a little more fabric there for more effect but that is OK. The neck tie makes it more than a workout suit . . . it's one you can wear to the pool and not feel like you're embarrassed to be a mom but also not trying to flaunt everything you have. Cleavage coverage is perfect. One problem with most suits I wear is that they either have loose cups or they are in the wrong place for people with long torsos. This suit has cups which are built in AND they are in the right place (cue the angelic music in the background).

Very comfortable and looks great!

I feel like I struggle with swimsuits so I wasn't sure what to expect with this one. Being slightly more full-figured getting them to fit just right can be a struggle. PROS: - Very comfortable - Full coverage without looking frumpy - Halter top allows for the chest to be accentuated and not as smushed - Stays put, even during lots of activity - Thick fabric (without being too thick) CONS: - Maybe not super stylish but that's ok Overall, I'm really happy with this suit and will continue to use it!

WOW, It Fits!!!

I have tried So many bathing suits and most do not fit me properly, this one Fits Perfect!!! Best of all, not only does it fit, it is actually flattering for larger women like me!!! Love the Color and it feels SO comfortable on, which is also unusual for most bathing suits I have owned!!! If there were straps from the back to the neckline I would like it even more than the tie around the neck straps, but I still love it and I love how I feel and look wearing it!! Thank you Speedo for making the perfect bathing suit for me!!!

Great fit, modest without being dowdy looking, so well made!

I got this bathing suit for my 16 year old daughter. She is severely autistic, and it's sometimes tough getting her clothes that are modest but don't look like clothes I would wear as a middle aged lady! This suit is perfect. It's modest but also youthful looking. It fits her just exactly right in her usual size, and looks wonderful on. The built in light bra works well. My daughter did a lot of swimming in this, and worn it afterwards with shorts over it, and along of course with sunscreen on her arms, it worked very well to prevent sunburn. The material is top notch---as well made as you'd expect from a Speedo. This is meant to be hand wash only, but I admit I machine washed it on a gentle cycle and line dried it, and it came out wonderfully. Very pleased with this suit!

Matronly

This is a modest suit to the extreme - matronly. I'd describe it as something you'd wear to water aerobics, despite the young model. It runs slightly big, but not as much as our other Speedos, but good luck figuring out their size chart anyway. Fabric is thick and good quality, not easily damaged by chlorine.

Very pretty swimsuit with a more modest cut. Flattering and true to size.

This Speedo Women's Swimsuit runs true to size and is very flattering. I like the design and colors, and it's very well made. This has a more modest cut that does not go high up on the legs, and it works well for curvy women. It's very comfortable for swimming and lounging around in, and it is also very durable for frequent use, especially for over the summer. It gets two thumbs up from me!
