Customer Service Makes This Product
Had an old one to replace. Held up well, so just bought the same thing again. When it arrived, the screws on the legs were bigger than the holes on the base of the ottoman. Frustrated. Emailed the seller from the link on the Amazon page ... had a response within 30 minutes, solution within an hour, shipping confirmation of new parts by end of day and new (and importantly CORRECT) legs the next day. That's how you do it!

Great item, but don't sit
It's very cute and looks great a my smaller living room. The trays are great, the storage space is very useful. But if you use it as a seat the legs start to bow in. We had to stop using it as a seat. Even with my son who weighs less than 80 pounds.

Extra space for folded clothes
I found myself short on space, due to the lack of a linen closet. I purchased this and was very pleased at how much fit into it. Best of all, It came mostly constructed. I only had to screw in the legs.

I got this as an ottoman and blanket storage. Absolutely love it. I had an issue and custom service took care of it immediately. Great company.

Very small, not best quality
Undoubtedly easy to assemble. The color is nice, the fabric seems durable enough, and the tables on the flip side are great. Now the bad news, the staples can be seen the whole way around one part of seat cushion, the padding is not soft or thick enough to be a comfortable seat, and the legs than come with it are too short to be used as a bench (unless you are shorter than my 5'8 self, I guess). I spent $20 more to order different legs for it. Also, as a bench, this is only a 2 seater if it is 2 children seated. If you're looking for a usable bench, look for larger.

Needed some help….
Concept, size and being able to flip the top for drinks is great, but I had to replace the legs and reinforce the base with a 5/8 plywood and fabric it..

Arrivé déchiré...(mise à jour)
Le meuble est super et la livraison était rapide. Par contre, il est arrivé déchiré à l'intérieur c'est pour cela que je donne trois étoiles au lieu de cinq... Mise à jour: Le service à la clientèle a été très rapide et très professionnel. Je suis satisfaite du résultat. Je leur donne donc 5 étoiles au lieu des 3 que j'ai donné au début.
