Here's the deal - I really wanted to give this 5 stars, however I figured that without a bit of explanation (IE this review) I was likely better off giving 4 overall. For a couple of years now, we have used a similar unit at our Golf Cart Dealership to help clean the area where We pressure-wash the carts off of the course (which results in a REAL mess sometimes with Grass, Dirt, Mud, etc). That unit is a bit smaller (14") and is primarily made of plastic, which makes it lighter, and also has 4 jet nozzles as versus the 2 on this one. Over the years of use, the primary complaint I have had with the old one is that the wheels are terrible, and under full 4300psi it could be a bit unstable and difficult to control (so we generally would turn down the pressure to use it). THIS unit is SOLID as a rock, and my first concern was that it was going to be the opposite hassle, meaning heavy and difficult to use. I was wrong. The wheels on this unit are of VERY nice quality, smooth rolling, smooth to swivel, and the additional weight actually aids in use and stability - in short, 5 stars ALL the way, even at a full 4300psi. Why the 4 star rating then, you ask? Well, the 2 nozzles just don't blast as well as the old 4-nozzle unit did. If You look at the photo, You will see that the unit DOES do quite well - IF You go slow and steady. In the pic, the top left shows the mess i started with, the cleaned area was mostly done at the speed we are used to using the old unit at, and the few SUPER clean stripes are where I ran this unit at about half the ground speed as the old one. THAT said, don't let the 4 stars dissuade You from buying this unit unless You are constantly cleaning some serious messes. For the average driveway, deck, patio, etc I would say this is a serious 5 star unit due to stability, ease of control, etc - I just dropped a star in relation to OUR use. In all honesty, NONE of these rotor units are really made for heavy-duty mud and crud like We have (that's what the wide pressure washer tips are designed for) ... Am I glad We picked this unit up - DEFINITELY. The build quality and ease of use, smoothness, almost complete absence of splash and spray, etc make this a really nice attachment. Just keep in mind that if You need serious scouring power, either find a 4-nozzle unit or be prepared to take a little extra time with this one.
