These definitely run small - order 1-1.5 sizes larger than you would normally wear
Well, since I usually wear a size 6, based on the reviews I ordered a 6.5. They arrived quickly. Very cute shoes, but very small- I tried to wear them but was afraid I was going to lose toenails if I kept wearing them. Requested a return/exchange for a size 7. Got the return label immediately, sent them off the next day, and got the new pair just a few days later. Very easy exchange. I Love the size 7 pair! Sturdy, well made, (but not real leather) - exactly what I needed.

Didn't last
I bought these thinking they would last a year or 2. They took a whole week to break in, horribly uncomfortable at first. But these are just about 7month old. I wish they made a wide size I'm a 7W but I followed the measurement of the size chart and got an 8. I wore these every day, hiking and ATV riding. The one shoe the sole just is wearing way faster. The shoe itself is wearing pretty good just disappoint with the strength of the sole.

These are so cute!! I ordered the recommended size (6) they were very small I thought I ordered kids shoes!! I exchanged them for a size 7 which arrived only 2 days later and they are sooo big my ankle slides out when I take a step... The company is great with returns so I'm going to try a 6.5. Too cute not to try!

Comfy if not wearing for a long time.
The shoe fit well overall except for the ankle area being to high or the stretchy material not long enough. The insole of the shoe is very comfy and it would be one of my favorite pairs of shoes except the ankle areas rub.

They run small
Great shoes, definitely run small.

reasonable quality, but no arch support
I need them to work well on slippery slopes and they did not work. I have a high arch and with no arch support and a wider than I expected toe box. Foot slipped and feet became painful. I am returning them.

Will never buy again
The shoes are nice but one of them were damaged when I opened the box. There was a big hole on the inside of the shoe where your heel is.
