Chic Jeans

I have bought Chic Jeans for years! Since at least 2004, the longest I can remember! Back then, I could buy them from Kmart, but the box stores are disappearing and I have to find other ways to get them! Back then, I all different colors including pink and light blue! Not in fashion anymore I guess! lol But now I have khaki and brown and gray. I have black and denim! I’ll get what I can get! The only downside of Chic Jeans is that I always buy the petite jeans and they are so long that it seems like I’m 6’ tall! I’m a shrinking in height senior who is now only 5’1”! I used to hem all of my pants myself but I’m 70 now and I’m paying someone to hem them now! Gives me a break! But really, I’ve seen other comments about this same issue. They don’t have to be so long in pant length!

Perfect Fit!

As I am plus-size, these pants fit perfectly and are so comfortable. I plan on getting a couple more.

Way too long for “average” length jeans - inseam is 32”!

I have never before had to shorten any “average” length jeans I have purchased - length/inseam was always perfect. My 5’4” height has not changed. But the inseam on the 26W/Plus Average Chic Original Stonewash (darker) jeans I’ve just received is ridiculously long - the inseam is 32”! Debating on returning them or spending more $ on them to have them hemmed to correct inseam. Except for the absurd length of the jeans, the jeans are otherwise ok and would meet my casual wear needs.

Too long

The jeans fabric appeared to be of a good quality, the colour looked good, and it fit comfortably. It was just too long for me at 5ft 6inches, ( and the waist was pulled up to just above my waist). So disappointed that I have to return it.

Most uncomfortable pants I have ever bought

For plus size people this is poorly made. I am battling menopausal weight in mid-section. These pants make no accommodation for that area. Thigh area is fine, I'm 5'9" and legs of pants are long. I had to make two flips at bottom. With every movement I must constantly readjust and pull up in the back. Belly so tight that the pockets sit awkward. If I'd sized up the waist would not have for properly, the legs would have been far to long and the thigh area swimmingly large. If the tag hadn't ripped off when I tried them on....They would have gone back immediately! Garbage to me.

Wash Well, Wear Well and Comfortable

I'm very happy with these comfortable, front pocketed, pull on jeans. The denim washes well and wears well . I will order them again and recommend them to others but beware - they are made small; you will need to order one or two sizes larger than normal. I tried 3 sizes before finding the correct fit - worth the returning and reordering in the end.
