Finally, a truly extra light resistance egg.
I’ve tried many of these and this tan colored one is really xx light...very squishy. Helps me with “trigger finger” exercises. It is a little larger than other eggs, but easy to work with my medium size hand. Same type synthetic rubber as others but much softer.

Not the material I was hoping for
I feel a bit silly for having researched stress balls somewhat obsessively before settling on and paying a fair amount for this one. In the photo, it looked to me like it had a rubberized coating and was nice and sturdy. When it arrived, it was made of that "gel-like" material that you need to keep out of kids' reach, avoid accidentally gouging with your fingernails, etc. Although I'm sure the varying resistances are a plus depending on your needs (I chose the Medium), I don't like the feel of it that much and fear it will gather dirt and lack durability. Since I purchased it to help occupy my hands and break my habit of picking at my skin, I wanted it to be something that would be more pleasant to the touch. Back to the drawing board...

I like the cylindrical shape because it allows for a better variety of exercises than the round shape. Good quality and highly recommended.

So far so good!
Quality exercise balls. The feel of them almost makes me want to use them more, its hard to explain, you have to see for yourself. I use them for my Tommy John (UCL Reconstruction) surgery. So far so good!

Not super squishy
There is a noticeable difference in squish between the green and the red, so I was expecting the tan to be that much squishier. It is not. Practically the same as red and the bigger shape of the tan makes it less ergonomic in my opinion.
