Beautiful shoe, disappointing customer service

This shoe was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Soft leather, bright red color, cute style, and cushy support for my long skinny feet. But Amazon/Camper couldn't get the right size to me in two tries. I ordered a 10. I got a 9, as I discovered when my toe hit the end of the shoe before my heel was down. Sent it back, which for me involves a 20 mile round trip to the UPS store. Ordered the 10 again. Got a 9.5. Another 20 mile round trip. Meanwhile the red Clarks I ordered came in the correct size but pinched my toes. Another 20 mile round trip. Four weeks of trying and I still don't have a pair of red shoes that I can wear. More to the point: Amazon, this kind of mess negates your efforts to be environmentally friendly. Between my trips and those of the UPS delivery truck, 120 miles driven. A couple of boxes made of recycled cardboard don't offset that much carbon.

The most comfortable Shoe.

This is so comfortable but i did have to go up a full size from an 8 to a 9. Not sure if this runs true for everyone but it was for me. It fits and feels like a moccasin. The leather is soft and I appreciate the high vamp. Not a lot of arch support if this is important to you but allows me to feel connected to the earth.

For narrow size only

I purchased a size 12 M, and normally I wear a 11 M. This 12 M was so tight and no wiggle room in toe box area, the top pressed against my big toe. I'd say it fit like a 10 M, had to return.

Weiches Leder

Weiche Schuhe, kein besonderer Halt. Die Passform ist gut. Was no-go ist sind die Schwarze Socken. Das dürfte bei dem Preis nicht sein.
