Terrible fabric and fit

This shirt is NOT chambray. The fabric feels like plastic. The fit is also not great, I’m 5’7” with a small chest and waist and large hips. The small fit in the shoulders but barely buttoned at the chest, and the medium was gigantic in the shoulders and was not flattering at all. Ended up getting the rugged flex womens Carhartt button up and the fabric is a much better quality and the small (4/6) fits perfectly in the shoulders, chest and hips and if very flattering. If you don’t have to wear this shirt for a uniform, I’d really advise against it!

I bougth a XL men’s and get it a XL women. I tried to use to don’t lose my day work but was so uncomfortable... :/
