Okay, so I was wrong..

Well, after trying different things, I found the batteries were bad, not the product, so I am redoing my review. Despite only have the single button, it operates quite easily. One tap turns it on, one tap turns it off. Press and hold and it will increase in speed until you let go. Despite what the other review said, it WILL stay on once you turn it on, until you press it again to turn off. For only working off of 1 AAA battery, the highest setting is pretty strong, coming from my beginner point of view. I "tested" it in the shower and it seems to have suffered no ill effects. It is pretty quiet, until you crank it up to the highest speed. All in all, I'm pretty happy with this as a first vibrator. It's not at all expensive, so it's worth a try.

Really want to order another

I use this vibe all the time, I pick this one over all of my other ones. It's perfect! Intensity is just right although at first I was actually disappointed about the intensity, thinking it "wasn't intense enough". I started ordering a variety of different ones and I still always use this little guy! I love it!
