Worth EVERY penny!

This product was extremely easy to use and I really tested its potential on an older rifle of mine. The rifle I used it on was a lever action from the mid 40's that I was going to do a complete restoration on. It took about an hour of rubbing and polishing but it's now looking as good as the day it was made. The stock took me some time in the crevasses but it's original beauty is finally shining through. This product made my $200 gun look like it belongs in a museum! I will be buying this product again if or when it ever runs out.

I love this stuff! Nothing gets my guns to run as smooth as this grease. The fact that it protects against rust, has saved me on more than one occasion. I would HIGHLY recommend this anyone.

Best rust-preventive grease ever made!

I have been using RIG Grease for at least sixty years to protect my guns and precision tools from rust. Protecting blued gun-steel from rust when you go out in the field in rain and snow requires a truly awesome product. My gun dealer introduced me to RIG when I was 16 years old and I have used it ever since in climates ranging from the tropical heat and humidity of New Orleans to the way-below-zero temperatures, ice and snow of New Hampshire. A careful wipe-down with a RIG-soaked greasy rag, then wiping off excess with a clean cloth has kept my guns and fine tools absolutely rust-free for sixty years. Now I live in the mountains of southwest Colorado and RIG still is, not just the best, but the ONLY rust-preventive treatment that I trust.

I have put up knives in storage for 40 or more years and have always used this stuff. I have never found a bit of rust or discoloration on anything. It’s works on anything metal. Best investment you can make.

Works great as O/U hinge too.

Not only does it prevent rust, but it also works great as a lubricant, too. I use it on choke tubes, O/U hinges and the mating surface on the receiver. It stays on and lubes well. The jar is huge and will last for decades.

Excellent Gun Grease for all Applications

I much prefer this grease over the white lithium grease products I previously used on my firearms. Provides excellent lubrication on the rails of all my semi-auto pistols - stays where you put it! Of course, it is famous for its rust prevention properties. It's the only grease I use in the gun room anymore. Nice big tub, it's going to last a long time.

Great grease! First time trying this brand, Kinda smelled fishy when first opened, so I was worried to put it on my guns, but that smell quickly went away within first day of opening container and now no fish smell, ...or smell at all for that matter! Grate stuf

I have used this stuff for years use it on all my guns and gun related items , also on cannons, never had issues some people say it is a little runny , that is all about the temp of surroundings it still works the same . This is my 4th bottle bought the 12 oz size this time better value
