Well Made But Clunky & Huge!

I’ve been wearing Bogs boots for years, and the style available is now referred to as classic. This newly-styled neo mid boot is well made with an outer one piece shell that reminds me of Muck boots. Here’s the issue: I am generally a true sz 8, and have been w/all the Bogs’ boots I’ve purchased over the years. The fit of this boot is crazy! The length is just right, but my feet totally swim in these otherwise. I know they’re supposed to be roomy but dang. I know, however that a 7 would probably not fit due to the length. So rather than return these otherwise lovely & functional boots, I reached out to Bogs’ customer service explaining the sitch. Nice gal is sending me insoles gratis. Hope it improves the fit. UPDATE: The insoles did the trick. Perfect fit now.
