Nice belt so far

This is a stiff belt when new. The 34 is slightly smaller than than his previous mens 34 belt. (Worn on the middle hole of 5 holes instead of the smallest hole.) The belt rubs on the sides of the buckle when pushed through and has scratched off color on the back, but it seems to be holding up in the front after a couple of weeks of use.

Solid belt

very solid looking study belt which is very nicely made as well. Really like the square Buckle design which goes well with jeans or with casual or business hands. recommended.

Great Quality - Handmade USA

The belt is quality leather and is as described - very nice leather and well constructed. Good rich deep brown color. Needed to exchange for a different size - my replacement arrived in two days.

A high quality belt made of thick (water) buffalo leather. Even though Bison Designs is a Colorado company, this belt was made in India. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the belt runs a full 2" short. I have another Bison Designs belt, but had to return this one for the next size up as it was 2" shorter than listed. Overall it's a very high quality belt, my only complaints are the length and the width of the belt could be more, as it's really only 30mm not 32mm as listed.

The metal buckle's finish is slightly scratched and sub-standard. You can tell the finish is just a light top-coat applied paint and not a finished metal. However, the described fit is exact; the color is very close to the displayed shade of brown; and the quality of leather is superb. It would also be nice if the width of the belt was just a little bit greater, but it was as advertised.

It's exactly what I was after in terms of being a minimalist, reliable belt for cheap. But while the leather is sturdy and the sizing was quite accurate, it's already getting a little warped, so I doubt it will last forever, and the finish is somewhat more dull than you might think from looking at the picture.

These belts are awesome. Pricey but worth every penny. What I really love about them is the thickness and quality of the hide used to make it. Typically, leather belts fall apart in about a year. I've had my first Bison belt for about 6 years and it still looks great and feels solid. That's why I had to go out and buy another one of these.
