No fault of faucet but read..

With a standard 4" granite backsplash, the drain pull as with most faucets that feature drain pulls, will not work. The backsplash blocks the pull motion. To remedy, either use 1) a tile splash down to counter that has a thinner profile, or thinner profile granite (our type of granite Monte Cristo, fractured too easily) to plane thin enough Note...mirrors get water damaged too quickly to run to counter begind faucet 2) a push pop drain with a different drain assembly 3) or find in the limited selection a faucet with a pull on side or on top that will not get blocked by backsplash. Also note, the larger the undermount sink, the less wiggle room to place faucet resulting in even more limitation of pull. Now for the faucet, it is gorgeous! Very high end feel. Polished nickel looks lux and blends with the styling perfectly. Our remodel runs the gamut from modern to farmhouse with a mix of finishes. We have brushed gold fixtures in part of the house but wanted high reflection without the harshness of chrome in the master bath. It is a smallish bath with limited natural light so keeping items with high reflective properties has paid off. Purchased 2 and were installed easy enough by plumber. No leaks. Extremely nice look & feel.

Replaced existing chrome Belfield faucet with orb style. Excellent quality for reasonable price.

This is a quality product that fit the decor. It is expensive, but it works well. The only problem was that the hole in the precast counter/sink was drilled to close to the back edge and it is difficult to operate the drain stopper control. But that is not the fault of the faucet. If you are considering this faucet, keep the location of the drain stopper control in mind when locating the hole for the faucet in the counter.

faucet extension is good

The faucets are beautiful installed. We had a professional plumber install them. I searched a long time comparing the faucet head reach. This one was about 1/2' longer than others. I wash my hair in the sink and wanted the longest reach I could find. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Easy Install

I hate doing handyman type work around the house but found two of these on the honey-do list and sat on it for about a week. When I finally installed, I couldn't believe how easy it actually was. I'd recommend using plumber's putty vs silicone though for sealing. They look great too!

Great quality real metal faucet

Very solid, heavy, great quality faucet. Bought two for my newly remodeled bathroom. Plumber said easy to install and commented on what a nice looking quality faucet it was.

Love the style and size

Bought both the sink and shower faucets. The sink faucet is a perfect size because the spout goes out far enough that you don’t touch the back of the sink. Many faucets have short spouts.

Came scratched

Has some small scratches on the arc of the faucet. I think this was an open box. Annoying but we needed to install it.
