Defective bottle.
Love the product but it took me ordering it 3 times to get the right product (they kept shipping me shampoo instead of the conditioner I ordered) and when I finally got the right thing, the bottle is defective. Top won’t pop open because it is not aligned correctly…have to unscrew the entire cap. I’ll deal with it because I don’t want to send it back again and possibly not receive the right thing. this brand of product is too pricey to be having defective bottles.

Great Organic hydrating moisturizing Conditioner
This is a great moisturizing, hydrating organic non toxic conditioner. I was using the hydrating Moroccan oil for more than 10 years until I learned how many toxic ingredients Moroccan oil had. I switched to this shampoo and conditioner instead and I like it much more than Moroccan oil. I dye my hair blonde and this is so hydrating and moisturizing. I love the scent too. I highly recommend it.

Wavy hair blues
I have wavy hair that can be unmanageable bit with this shampoo I my hair is tame and not too weighted down but product. Love the shine it leaves my hair. A bit pricey but it works.

Received wrong product.
I received the wrong product. I order a shampoo and conditioner and received 2 shampoos. Shampoo is nice but bummed I didn’t get the correct order.

This stuff is amazing. I have been using Living Proof for the past few years but decided to try something new. I love that it's paraben free. It is more expensive than Living Proof, which is not cheap, and I hope they will make a large salon size soon for cost efficiency. I have thin, wavy hair and I love this conditioner. It smells amazing and doesn't leave my hair greasy (though I don't condition my roots). Anyone who says the smell is too intense must be incredibly sensitive. The shampoo is really nice as well but I may try their regular one because I like a shampoo with more lather.

Poor shipping of product.
While I enjoy the product, the cap came damaged and thus this product is very hard to use. The nozzle is put in the wrong way so I cannot push down on the top to squeeze the conditioner out. The conditioner itself is great, but the product packaging is inconsistent from bottle to bottle and this is not the first problem I've had with their packaging.

This is for real AMAZING!
Watched a famous model say she used this conditioner and said how much she loved it. So i looked it up, never thought I'd spend this much on conditioner! I'm so hooked now I can't go back. I've noticed my hair change from dull and limp too, nourished, shiney, healthy, not heavy. Totally worth it! You have to use it to believe it!

I dyed my hair blonde a few months ago and my hair was terribly dry. I saw some difference since the first time usage. Makes my hair so smooth!.. and the smell of passion fruit+mango is delicious. I am loving this brand
