We all love it

I ordered this cause it dawned on me to get one THE DAY BEFORE I was to return from Mat leave. I don’t think I would have chosen this one but it was the only one that would come on time with rush shipping (and in true Amazon fashion, it still was a day late!). We do love it! I didn’t want to have to unplug his (not-so-)little glider and carry it from its spot, so we thought this would work. My first child loved his. My newborn loves this too! It seems so cozy and nice! He’s starting to kick a lot so I hope he enjoys the bounce ???? Even my husband puts his hand down to give him a lil bounce or a rock every now and then. The vibration has an auto shut off feature which is GREAT; I can’t tell you how many times I’ve left on my oldest son’s when he was little. I wish the warning labels were a lil more subtle or on the back, idk. Just nitpicking. I love how incredibly easy this thing is to move, you could literally bring it anywhere I’d you needed to. Only downfall is how easily the arm that hangs the toys pops out—it would be nice if you could quickly grab this by that arm and move it but it pops out so easily. And I’m sure it’s on purpose but I’m about to glue that thing in!!

I wish it wouldn’t turn off after 20 minutes

My six week old baby loves this little bouncer and I love that it falls flat. That’s actually why I bought it it’s light and easy to carry around. I love putting her in it outside. The only thing I don’t like about it is that after about 20 minutes the vibrator automatically shuts off and every time it does my baby wakes up. I don’t know if there is a setting on it somewhere I didn’t see one, but I wish it would just stay on.

Infant seat

A really nice rocker for my granddaughter. It allows her to sit up so she can look around. She is comfortable. However, it does not rock as easily for her.

My baby loved this!

I never used the rocker part of this but I certainly used the bouncer. My baby loved this chair, it sat up enough so he could see because he's nosey like that. He would kick and bounce himself which was one of his favorite things to do. This was actually the only thing I could put him in where he was content for more then a minute or 2. I took the little toys off and never used them because my baby was never interested in them, but could be a good little distractor for one of you little ones.

Folds up and down very easily

I like the folding feature because I bought this for when friends with infants visit my house. I keep it behind a piece of furniture and don’t have to worry about storage

First seat baby loves!

We've tried baby swings and my little one only sometimes likes them. She is 1 month and NEVER let us put her down before we got this seat. She loves it! It is so easy to move around the house one-handed and I can set her in there in the bathroom while I get ready in the morning. It is a lifesaver!

Lifesaver!

When I first got this, was not sure how to set it up. Didn’t realize the battery powers the vibration but doesn’t rock the baby. You have to manually do so. I was disappointed at first. However that changed! I bought it to provide a safe spot for my newborn upon my return from maternity leave. My home office was the one room without any baby stuff and I wasn’t going to move the crib or bassinet in there. So I got this. What I love is that it’s portable. I can strap baby in, see her insight, and rock her to sleep. She falls asleep easily in this thing! She doesn’t know how to bounce but she loves it when I rock her with my leg. The interaction relaxes her and with the vibration turned on she can nap. She’s at a phase where she fights sleep during the day but right now she’s napping in this, right by me.

Similar to the Baby Bjorn bouncer but less expensive!

If you wanted to buy the Baby Born bouncer but you find it way too expensive, this Summer bouncer is a great option. It bounces well, it is sensible enough but it does make a squeaking noise when you make it bounce (which the baby born doesn't). Looking back, I would buy the baby Bjorn and simply sell it back on Marketplace when done using it. I also bought the Maxi Cosi Rocker, it's very pretty but it doesn't rock well, it doesn't adjust well, etc... That is why I went to buy the Summer bouncer as well. Good luck!

Love it!

Being my first and only (human) baby I wasn't sure what to buy. I loved the colours of this one and it completely fit my nursery theme so I went for this one. Well she just turned 6 months and I have to say we are really happy with and are sad that she will soon be too heavy for it. She has loved it all these months and its her favourite nap spot! We haven't had an issue with the vibrating feature like other people seem to and it's wonderful that it is auto shut off. (My mom bought us one afterwards that you have to turn off the vibrations off and we keep forgetting to turn it off when we take the baby out. )

Don't buy

Overall the product was good. Easy to use, sturdy, easy to clean and assemble. However now that my son is 2 months old I totally regret getting this. He just slides down into a constant slump position the material that they use is very slippery and just slides everywhere. Even in the highest sitting position he is still slumped !!not worth it !

HORRIBLE

We’ve had this product for 2 weeks, and we are very unhappy with it!!! The motor on the vibrator is going. Whether we change the batteries or not the vibrator is very very dull compared to what it was the first couple days. The buttons to open and close the chair are very “sticky” and don’t always work. And, there is no locking system on it for when it’s closed. If you pick it up the legs just fly open. This product is NOT worth the 70 dollars, and I would never recommend to anyone.

Not for a newborn

Seems more fit for a larger baby maybe 6 months or more. Seems they need a bit of weight for it to lean back properly.
