BEWARE...No more in stock and no one to fix it........Worked 3 months then pooped out.
UPDATE: It worked 3 months now I keep getting error messages. Spoke with support and there is no new units in stock, nor is there a way to fix the one I have. Soooooo, I wait for him to call me back since its under warranty still. Not happy. PROS: I was surprised to find the vacuum goes under our sofa just fine. Everything works exactly as described. It did go way into other rooms but I had to help it get back to base. It warned me that hair was tangled in roller. Will use for a week and see how it goes before I buy extended warranty. It takes 5 hours to charge and I like it so much I bought another one with $50 off coupon. CONS: Not all commands work. You have to say Alexa turn vacuum ON and Alexa turn vacuum OFF for it to go back to dock. The commands on app are not correct. There is No way to create boundaries, such as around dog bowls or to keep out of a specific area. Mapping only works on SMART mode. I wish it made some sort of sound on the phone when it gets stuck in a room , otherwise you have no idea until you look at the app. I had the $50 off special pricing. So I was able to buy it under $100. It is definitely worth that price. Setup was easy for me as I already had a 2.4 mgh network set up for my Ring camera. I just connected it to that same network. Had 2 Greenworks for a few weeks now. I used them every day. Helps with having 4 dogs. I do not regret the purchases and I have purchased the extended warranty.

excellent customer service
It was a great little novelty but mine came with a damaged sensor . It was confused and would alarm to have the brush cleaned even if you had just cleaned it. Greenworks was great about troubleshooting it but sadly my particular machine must have had a hard time with shipping It was packed very well but evidently his brush sensor had been damaged along the way . It did do a pretty good job on max but was confused with the sensor issue. I think it would be a great little machine if not for the sensor problem very comprehensive menu and very sophisticated technology . Great way for kids to learn about robotics and get the house clean. I probably will get another one . I loved the way the roller brush ends came off for easier cleaning. Design was elegant and Greenworks customer support was extremely supportive they even had me send a video so they could diagnose the issue and stood by the product. I appreciated their honesty and integrity in helping me resolve the issue. Return shipping was very easy by way of Kohls. I have been very impressed by Greenworks customer service and have many of their products . The vacuum is well thought out . My box did show some denting and water damage on arrival but it had been packed so securely I had thought product would be ok. It was amazing that it still could work a little bit even with the sensor issue.

A $100 vacuum robot!
This robot vacuum is our first and I can hear it in the other room working right now! I looked at many different brands and price ranges but for $99 (with promotional coupon) this is well worth the investment. It's not the fanciest but it does the job without breaking the bank. There was just no way I was going to spend >$500 for a part-time tool like this. It does what it's supposed to do for about 70 minutes each day and manages the transition between hardwood and carpet just fine. This little helper is not the sharpest tool in the shed, and sometimes gets lost working away on our large floor plan. It sometimes gets stuck on the throw-rug tassels, sometimes pushes around the bowl of cat food, bumps it's way around under the couch until I'm pretty sure it beckons me me "please come help". It doesn't move chairs but certainly tries. It sometimes can't make it's way all the way back to the charging station and I sense it may be slightly embarrassed when it runs out of juice just a few feet away from home. Like a puppy wanting to please it's owner but not quite making it to the door, I gently lift up the vacuum and reassure it that it did a good job and that we will try again tomorrow. As I set it on it's base station, it blinks happily at me with an eager willingness to try again tomorrow. The amount of dust and lint this thing picks up now has me concerned about where all of this grime is coming from every day. I think I need to change my lifestyle a bit. The Alexa commands work, I just prefer to use the schedule. For $99, Greenworks can't be making a ton of money on this at all but I like to root for the underdog -- it's a good piece of hardware.

Doesn't work with 5G but good vacuum
My iLife robot died so I needed to replace it. I almost bought another but gave this one a try. Wow - so much quieter! Like I think an infant could sleep in the same room with it running. It also has a power bump when it goes over the rugs so that seems like a real nice thing to have. Another step up is the battery life - takes a whole lot longer to run out of charge. The dust bin is also easier to access and bigger. But I bought this one because it had an app and most in this price range but i quickly found out that my network is 5g and it wont work unless i'm willing to totally redo my network. No thanks. So that selling point quickly became a disappointment. I also wish it wouldn't just start vacuuming again after going back to the dock for recharge. My other didn't do that - so it was a surprise when it did and then got tangled on some things as I thought it was done.

No replacement filters!
I love this vacuum but nowhere on the web or Amazon can I find replacement filters. I bought a couple types of generic filters and nothing fits

Smart Robotic Cleaner
Smart robotic cleaner. Easy to use. Works with or without internet. I set it once through the app, and used only manually after that. Not the slimest profile, but you get more power with bigger machines. Great battery life.

Very good robot vacuum
This is a very good robot vacuum, it cleans trash, dust, food scraps, and pet hair very well. My one issue with the vacuum is that it can't find its way back on its own without my help. It was able to find its way 2 times, but I have used it a lot since then and it simply won't remember where the charging dock is located. Other than that I recommend this helpful device for every day cleaning.
