Good for the price

I got this to clean up cat litter, which our cat throws around like party confetti every time he uses his box. Apparently he feels its cause for a celebration. Anyway, for the price, it works for this purpose. I wouldn't expect much more out of it than this. Not super strong suction, I wouldn't expect it to do much on carpet or furniture. The wall mount is super lightweight plastic, I won't be surprised if the prongs snap. But the mount itself is very convenient and easy to install. Its good enough vacuum for my purpose and for what I paid.

Adequate power and battery life

Works well for what I wanted it for. Easy to empty and clean off filter. I've never had the battery die while using it and leave it off the charger for days and it still works so I feel the battery life is great. A light to indicate whether it's charging or not would be helpful. And the only con I can see is the placement of the cooling fan. It blows dirt and dust around. So you've got to be mindful of which way your pointing it while in use.

It’s good for small projects. If the battery life could be improved this would be a great product. As it is now it’s just good. Or as the young kids say Meh.

I like this little vacuum. Only down side I don't like having to push the button the whole time while vacuuming. My last one had an off and on button.

Excellent vacuum!

This is an excellent vacuum- the charge lasts a loooong time, it's very easy to clean out, it can get in the corners and in the crevices of couch/car seats easily, and the suction is fantastic. I was actually really surprised at how much this thing could get up that I would've expected to use a larger vacuum for. Super worth the purchase, we're really happy with this!

Short battery life

Battery only lasts for about 10 minutes, but otherwise this vacuum is perfect for sucking up all the cat hair and litter around the house for a quick clean. I love it!

I’ve never loved anything like this

This is my very first time purchasing a vacuum ever and I’m so glad it was this one. I’ve used it every day since I bought it. I am quite literally obsessed with it. It’s perfect.????????????????

Battery terrible lasted only 20m only!

Bought this to replace my no name one. Suction is not bad but Charged it for 11hrs like it stated and went to use it today and only got 20m out of the battery. That unacceptable especially since it was 45$ for a hand vacuum. My no make one I can get 3hrs before I have to charge it. Every purchase I have made recently Amazon has either messed up and not fixed or send me a sub par/breaking product. How can a multi billion doll company be so unorganized and not stand behind the product they with out making you jump through a million hoops! It is disgusting that they are able to get away with treating there customer this way with no consequences! *it is also difficult to clean and filter get clog with hair very easily. Not impressed. Question my decision to continue with Amazon.

The dust buster replaces my first one from 2 1/2 years ago. The original met my needs as a quick and convenient tool around the cat box or small dry spills in the home. I only used it less than one a week and would run well for small jobs (5 to 10 min.) It was easy to empty and the wall charger made it quick to connect and disconnect without having to plug in a wire ( jack ) thus avoiding a wire breakage at the connection of the charger to the vacuum. Unfortunately, my first one only lasted just over 2 years. The battery was still holding a charge and the switch was also operable. There is a circuit board permanently on top of the batteries that seems to be the issue this time. It's not worth paying for an estimate and labour even if the issue can be repaired when a replacement is 50 bucks. The warranty is two years so it appears that this is a planned obsolescence device. Customer support at B&D stated that they are designed to last 3 or 4 years. I wonder what % of this vacuum can be recycled? Keeping my fingers crossed that this one lasts longer.

So Happy with Customer service and the product works as described.

I received this vacuum and it was broken , messaged customer service , they didn't even ask for picture and sent me a new one . So happy with customer service . Its also a good little vacuum . Gets the job done
