Excellent price
I love the color choices. And acrylic paints last a long time if properly enclosed in these kinds of containers. I do have to say that they sent me the wrong set of paints but replaced them after I contacted Amazon. However, due to some sort of mix-up they sent me an email asking for me to return the paints they sent me, but I had already used them before I realized they were the wrong ones. I am a ceramic artist and have hundreds of paints and just assumed the ones I received were the right ones. Bottom line, it's all squared away now and I am very happy with this product. I have bought Apple Barrel paints at various craft stores for years and they make a great variety of colors. These paints are not just for beginners. They are for anybody who uses acrylic paints for any reason. Beginners and Pros, alike.

Apple Barrel Acrylic paint set
I use my acrylic paints for painting on river stones for a hobby. Apple has a huge selection of colors available, which is awesome. This particular set had a couple of colors that were close in shade, which I liked (darker pink and lighter pink etc). I would recommend doing a couple of things- make sure you shake these pretty well, especially at first. Make sure you clean off the tops of any residual paint when done painting for the day (to avoid those dried, crusted over pieces falling everywhere), The paints themselves dry quickly and provide a thorough coverage. They also clean up/wash off easily one of my favorite things about these paints is they come in a nice cardboard box, which doubles as a nice, neat storage place. I very much enjoy using these often and have ordered additional color sets.

Great Product with a Quick Arrival
Item arrived quicker than projected. The colors all match the picture. The only thing I would take note of is that they are supposably all a mix of matte and regular acrylic paint, and the picture doesn’t accurately depict which will be matte. In fact, I think mine were labeled the opposite of the picture. The price is not too bad. I have gotten this same set for $12 during the Christmas season at Walmart. However, that is not a guaranteed item to find nor would it be that price if you bought each individual paint outright. Buying this paint, even at this price, is cheaper than buying it individually so I am still very satisfied with my purchase.

Good, but wish you could customize.
I love these little paints for painting designs on furniture. There are a lot of color combo sets offered, but this one had the most colors I will be using for the project. I gave it a five because I would prefer picking out my own assortment of colors so that I will get only colors I want to use. I had to buy two sets to get all the colors I wanted. Several of the colors, although nice, aren't useful to me. If you are getting this because you want to use the total assortment of colors in the kit, you would probably give it five stars.

Great assortment of colors.
This is a very nice assortment of colors suitable for any project. The two ounce plastic containers have a pop open screw down top and come sealed with a plastic wrap around the cap and you get 18 different colors. No white or black but you get 3 reds, 4 browns, 1 yellow, 3 greens, 2 blues, 4 purples, and 1 gray. The colors are named: flamenco red, tuscan red, pink parfait, chocolate bar, antique parchment, lite mocha, khaki, sunny day, palm leaf, lime tree, English ivy green, admiral blue, laguna, petunia purple, lilac mint, velvet crush, purple pansy, pavement This set has completely different colors than the other best selling colors set I called PROMOABI so if you buy both sets you get 36 different colors. I purchased both sets and it is a great combination..

Good assortment
Bought these for painting an outdoor ceramic piece. Gorgeous assortment of colours, but if you are going to be using for an outdoor piece like I did you need to get an acrylic sealer to spray over it, as getting water on these when they are dry will just wash it away. Good paint though.

Great Colors!
I used these paints to paint a stepping stone for my garden. When it dried I put a clear coat over top to protect it. The colors are very vibrant and the paint was easy to work with. I will be painting more stepping stones and plant pots. I am very happy with this purchase!

All of them came but some were open and not full at all this was disappointing considering they are not that big to begin with.
