Missing pieces

I am very disappointed. Product says that two mouth pieces were in the package along with the attachment to hook to the football helmet. It arrived today with only ONE mouthpiece and no attachments for the helmet.

Straps did not come with

The product was useless as there was no straps with the mouthpieces. our sport requires a strap. I had to throw it away and buy a new one for our event

The product described was not what we received. It stated 2 pack as well as straps included. Only came with 1 and no strap.
