This is a good valve but that is all that you get

This is a good valve but that is all that you get. This is the retrofit valve only. You do not get the installation pies needed to put this valve to work. The pipes from the valve to the toilet and from the toilet to the wall are not included. I did keep this as a spare urinal valve in case something happens to the second set up that I purchased.

False advertising!!!! You dont get what is shown. Who does that

Do not purchase, false advertising! All u get is flush handle. Shows total system but u dont get that. That cost 150 or more. And american standard is horrid to speak with. Terrible customer service. I will no longer buy from them they were so rude

they ship you only the valve.

not a good deal at all. you get only the valve part and have to buy the other pieces separately. in other words, you don't get everything shown. this was a lousy deal, i set it aside because i'm working on several projects. i open it too late to discover that it's not what you are lead to believe by the picture of what is being sold.

J'ai reçu le robinet de chasse pour urinoir, il est d'excellente qualité. Comme vous pouvez le constater sur la photo, Cela ne correspond pas tout à fait à l'image présentée, puisqu'il manque le tuyau de connection. J'en ai reçu 2 et les 2 étaient incomplets. Il a été facile de les retourner dans les délais, mais je suis très déçu de mon expérience. J'ai avisé Amazon que l'image ne correspond pas ...
