Was fairly easy to set up

Leaks like a siv

O ring was pinched. Took apart and replaced with old pump o ring. Also leaking out of threaded outlets. Fittings will not tighten on threads and bury all the way to the pump housing. Water is pouring out of this pump. Wasted hours trying to fix this pump since I have fish I need to keep water circulating for. Really wanted to write a good review because I have had the original pump for years but had to eventually replace it with this one. Now I don’t have a pump and am out 150.00.

Works amazing, great customer service.

We use the pump for our turtle pond which also has fish in it. We purchased a pump, which was defective. I reached out to Shadelle in customer service. She was amazing and sent out a new pump the next day. We would highly recommend the Alpine pump and their customer service is outstanding.

Dependable

Head and shoulder above previous pumps I have used for my fountain. Quiet, powerful, easy to connect, I have through 2 previous orange pumps that have failed in 6 - 8 weeks, this pump is dependable.

Is this normal?

The adapter seems to have a little hole in it that water squrts out of? Is it defective? If I install this out of water it will drain my tank. Update. Wow great support. They corrected the issue for me immediately. Awesome texting support and quicky resolved.

Good Performance

I bought this to replace another brand pump in a koi pond just a few weeks ago. The rating on longevity is based on other reviews I’ve seen. I am satisfied with the size and performance of the unit. The only change I would recommend is that the impeller cover was attached in some way. It simply slipped onto the pump and I had to “work with it a bit” to insure it stayed on when I set the pump in place. Otherwise I like the pump and appreciated the overnight delivery. This is definitely a great value in price and performance.

Donde compro los adaptadores de manguera?

La bomba funciona bien es versátil porque puede funcionar tanto sumergible como externa. Pero los adapatadores de manguera se rompieron y no los encuentro en las ferreterias
