top quality cord

The cord is heavy enough not kink, yet light enough carry along with you. This manufacturer seems to turn out good stuff.

This cord is as described. Not much to say other than, the price was competitive in a good way.

a hassle to use

While this is a very heavy duty, well made cord it would be perfect i it did not keep falling out. Never had this problem with any other cord. Bent prongs a bit, but afraid to break them. Really makes mowing a hassle.

Using for the 3rd time, blew up in my hand

Used it just for the 3rd time. No exposure to water, was stowed away in my garage top shelf. Plug it in to a recent verified plug point. It just blew up in my hand and could have been fatal. Not sure if Greenworks is a company worth trusting or it's just one off bad product. I will be scared to use this company's product.
