Tile is As Exprected but Framing is Poor

I wanted a pretty art deco picture of a couple to give to my friend at her wedding. The tile and frame appeare to be heavy and of good quality but there is obvious white glue between the tile and frame which is visible even standing a few feet away. i gave this to my friend any way and offered to re-frame it for her. This is sloppy work by the seller and i would not order from them again.
