pretty good

doing a lot of stuffed peppers. and although i will probably only use the biggest holes, it does securely hold some very large peppers i bought. See picture. Any other way and they would be tilted with the contents pouring out onto the baking sheet unless the peppers had perfectly flat bottoms. i like it
